Parking & Permit Citation Tracking System (PPT) provides entities with the tools to expedite and enhance the tedious tasks involved with the proper court case record keeping of citations and judgment collections involving parking and permit citations.  As a result, court judge, administrators and staff can more economically meet entity expectations and more expeditiously serve public demands and notifications.  PPT enhances productivity by creating better communications between departments, court staff, court administrators, officers and judges. This is largely accomplished through generic data entry into a Central Information File (CIF). This module captures static data about a case, which all departments may access, eliminating redundancy and providing statistical information necessary for court management evaluations.  PPT provides the information required to insure a quick clearing of all active dockets with such modules as Citation Case Maintenance, Warrant Processing, Administrative Stops, Subpoena Processing, Cash Receipts Processing, Citation Tracking, Scheduling, Document Processing, Forms Processing, Reports & Listings and Notices and Summons.
