VOTER TRACKING AND REGISTRATION SYSTEM (EZ-VOTE) provides entities with
revolutionary tools to assist state and local governmental management and staff who are in charge of voter registration and elections to expeditious and accurately manage the tremendous impediments associated with
tracking, monitoring and reporting the status of registered voters and the elections in which they take place. Beyond providing for all of the requirements established by the
National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1994, EZ-VOTE provides unique methodologies for tracking the notorious “Motor Voter”. Using the latest in proven technology, EZ-VOTE provides a
sophisticated code design that will track voters’ activities and events until legal changes can be made to their voter registration record.
EZ-VOTE enhances productivity by ensuring quicker and better communications between
managers, departments and agencies. All of the above is accomplished via the use of common and specific voter data being entered from various sources to create a relational database (Rdb)
and then integrated with numerous ergonomic user utilities. The Rdb captures all required data about a voter, which may be accessed by all users to the degree their security decrees in various formats, thereby eliminating redundancy and lost motion.
Implementation of EZ-VOTE options can be done modularly. This provides entities
with means to fund an application tool today, which will meet their immediate needs and budget. At the same time, this provides a growth path, scalability and future with proven available options for the
proper planning and budgeting for anticipated growth in either volume or functional requirements.
All of the above procedures are enhanced by many utilitarian tools for users with
various skill levels in order to make the automation process easy and fun to use. EZ-VOTE reporting provides a remote meeting and/or on-line real-time reporting tool for all users in a network. EZ-VOTE
provides numerous user and/or departmental selectable hardcopy or screen outputs that aid the registrar, the administrator and/or staff in making minute-to-minute, daily, weekly, monthly and annual decisions.
The EZ-VOTE SYSTEM shall be able to accurately process Date Data from, into, between and
through the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, including leap year calculations. The SYSTEM is designed to be used prior to, during and after the calendar year 2000 A.D., and the SYSTEM is and will continue
to be compliant; the SYSTEM requires that all Date Data (whether received from users, systems, applications or other sources) include an indication of century in each instance; and all date output and results, in
any form shall include an indication of century in each instance.
