Twenty-five years has seen Hamer Enterprises (HE) become first and foremost, a computer application solution services company. Our primary objective has been to provide turnkey cost effective software application solutions to state and local governments as well as some specialized commercial services. HE is an agent, distributor or representative for many complimentary quality hardware and software products, thereby providing our customers with the overall knowledge, experience and integration capabilities that are required to meet our customers’ diversified objectives. HE is a total hardware, software and services solution company distributing throughout the United States.
HE is the parent company to several entities designed to meet our overall goals.
One entity is Texas Logic Inc (TLI). TLI is an agent, distributor and/or representative for many complimentary quality hardware and software products, thereby providing our clients with overall knowledge, experience and integration capabilities that are required to meet their diversified objectives. As a hardware industry reseller, TLI is a total hardware/software solution company distributing throughout the United States.
TLI is also the marketing division, which is established nationally as a leader in application software solutions in all areas relating to Probation, Parole, Community Services, Detention Hall, ADR, Pre-Trial Services, Work Release Management and/or Assessments. When combined, these highly integraded modules are known nationally as CAS (Court Alternatives System). With the commitment of CAS to provide data sharing with pre-existing and future investments, as well as the continuous enhancement from an established user base of public entities, CAS is establishing standards in it’s field across the nation.
Similarly, Easy Access Inc (EAI) is recognized nationally for their EZ-Product line of application software solutions. These solutions are Real and Personal Property Appraisal Management, Tax Billing and Collection Management as well as Voter Registration Management. The EZ-Product line has revolutionized the capabilities of administrators in these fields by incorporating state-of-the-art programming techniques, which put information at the very fingertips of the most novice computer user.
Yet another division is the largest service bureau in South Texas, ADAP Commercial Division Inc , which provides related services for the above application solutions such as imaging integration, special forms, high speed volume laser printing, microfiche and microfilm services.
In conjunction with our Software Development Center in McAllen, Texas; HE is well staffed to provide a full range of customer support needs and requirements.
The company President and founder, William C. Hamer, first established the firm as a strong commercial, personal accounting and consulting business. Natural progression led the company from in-house automation and software development to the service bureau concept for entering the first time business and public entity user into the use of comprehensive computer utilization. The growth of services and the continued request by satisfied customers for higher functional applications and support, positioned the company to quickly enhance their services and applications by purchasing the largest public sector service bureau in South Texas. This provided HE with the largest programming staff in South Texas, leading to our involvement in the installation of many diverse Commercial, Industrial, Municipal Government, County Government and State Government automation projects. We provided turnkey system services, from analyzing basic application and communication needs through developing and implementing full turnkey hardware and software systems for network computing and communications.
Today HE is a national industry application leader in specialized applications in association with major computer firms’ hardware and utility software products. Our predominant successes are providing dynamic and high utility application software tools in the public sector areas of restitution, supervision, property and collection management. Because of HE’s wide ranging practical knowledge and experience with the computerization needs of many diverse local, state and national entity needs, we have gained the public sectors’ confidence and respect in solving their turnkey needs in accordance with their requests.
